Atomicity refers to the no of atoms that are present in a molecule.

For example when hydrogen and oxygen combine they form water.

2H2 + O2 --> 2H2O

Two hydrogen molecules combine with one oxygen molecules to form one water molecule.

Every hydrogen molecule of  has two atoms of hydrogen.Therefore the atomicity of hydrogen is two. Every oxygen molecule  contains two atoms of oxygen.Therefore the atomicity of oxygen is two. The atomicity of water is three because it contains two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom

The following are the elemental gases

Nitrogen (N)

Oxygen (O)

Fluorine (F)

Chlorine (Cl)

Helium (He)

Neon (Ne)

Argon (Ar)

Hydrogen (H)

The atomiciy of primary gases is one.
