From given question we find that
-b/a=2,c/a=-7,-d/a=-14
Therefore
a=1
b=-2
c=-7
d=14
The general form of a cubic polynomial is ax^3+bx^2+cx+d
Putting the values we get
x^3-2x^2-7x+14......hope it helps
