atoms r stable due to electrons because they neutralise the overall charge on the nucleus which contains protons.the number of electrons r always equal to the number of protons in a neutral atom.if there r more or less electrons in a atom than that atom is called an ion....

payalshelar: Can you answer my hindi's question.
payalshelar: ok
payalshelar: please solve the table I had asked.

Answer:

  • Atoms are made up of not only electrons but neutrons and protons too.
  • The "nucleus of an atom" contains both neutrons and protons.
  • The "electrons keep on revolving around" them and an atom remains stable because of this.
  • For an atom to remain stable the "number of electrons" should be equal to "the number of protons".
  • If this balance deviates the atom becomes unstable or we can say it converts into an ion.
