Heyy...

The impact of globalisation has not been uniform because the producers are able to shift their production from one country to another...but the same could not be done by the labour’s..workers have to work for long hours to earn a decent living...their safety needs are mostly compromised...the hire and fire situation has made the life of labour more critical..producers often move to those countries where production is cheaper and raw material is available..workers are often deprived of social security..
And hence the producers are at benefit while the labour is at risk...
