yes audible range of a human war is 20hz to 2000hz and any range of sound below or above this range can not be heard by an human but can be heard by some other living beings

This means that the sound wave must have a frequency of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz for humans.

This is the audibility range of humans.

However some other animals like dolphins , bats , etc. have more audiblity ranges and hence they can hear wide variety of sounds.
