breadth = one third of length= x/3 perimeter of the garden = 160 m

2(length + breadth) =160

2(x+x/3) =160

2(4x/3)=160

8x/3=160

x= 160*3/8

x= 20*3

X= 60

therefore

length= x= 60m

breadth = x/3 = 60/3 = 20 m
