BaCl + NaSO4 =BaSO4+NaCl
in this baSo4 is the precipitate but why the precipitate can't be NaCl?

When precipitation occurs, precipitate is white in colour after reaction. But NaCl is a naturally common salt so it cannot be precipitated.

Precipitate means the substance which doesn't dissolve in water and remains at the bottom.

That's why Baso4 is the precipitate [ Because it remains indissoluble ] Where as Nacl which is salt gets dissolve in water
