Hi Friends !!

Here is ur Answer !!

Answer:

In the poem "A corner in my soul" by Saju Abraham, there is a diverse theme which explains many important aspects of present time.

Explanation:

In this poem the poet shares his insight on several concepts of human life in the current time, i.e. the present time, as of today.

He talks about how reality is different from what its supposed to be, because in reality people forget what is of importance. For instance people tend to live with materialistic values. They promote such aspects rather than protecting truth and ethics and having morality in life.

Due to this people end up conducting unethical and immoral acts.

On that note, the poet indicates how even with all of this, there is still a part of him, a part of his soul, which is unaffected by the world.

Several times in life, when he faces a paradox or a dilemma of some sort he feels as if he doesnt know what t do, that is the time when he turns towards his soul. That is when he seeks his " corner of the soul" . This is so, because he believes that this part of him is pure and untouched.

Its still related to his faith and his creator. Thats what helps him to pave his way for the correct direction in life.

On other instances, when he is sad, this corner helps him to give him hope and removes the mist from the greater picture.

This part of his soul which is not corrupted may be regarded as his conscience just like in the story of Pinnochio. Just like that character, he thinks of this corner as his true friend.

The poet ultimately gives the message of staying true to ones'self in this world.
