Hideki Tojo was supreme military leader of japan from 1936 to 1944 and was prime minister from 1941 to 1944.

Before the year August 1945, military leaders available in the Japan Country refused Allied requests for their surrender.


The reason for their refusal is because it was well within the military custom of Japanese, so they refused it straight-away without any third-thought.
