yes being a good person is much better than getting a good job...
because a good job is used for your luxury , and for earning money to manage your life and family .. but if u r a good person .. , even after Ur death you will be the great person , and u will remain as a honourable person in the people's heart and you will get name and fame..


so being a good person is much better than getting a good job..
