being a juvenile, ayush your friend was not supported to drive. but he grabbed the keys of his father's bike and went out without helmet with two of his friends. he was caught driving the vehicle. as per the safety road bill 2016, the guardian /owner shall be deemed to be guilty in cases of offences by the juveniles and juvenile to be tried under jj act. write a letter to your cousin aslam, aged 15(who incidentally also loves riding bikes) highlighting the trouble ayush and his family are facing now. suggest him not to do the same and promote responsible road behaviour

Dear Aslam:
I hope this letter finds you in good fettle. I have been told you have started behaving irresponsibly of late. You insist on demanding your father’s bike and ride it at a very fast speed. Well, dear brother, we know your passion for bikes and riding them; but let me also caution you. You are still underage. According to the recently implemented Road Safety Bill 2016 the guardian /owner shall be deemed to be guilty in cases of offences by the juveniles and juvenile shall be tried under JJ act. Last week my friend, Ayush’s family had to face a lot of trouble on account of this act. He had no knowledge of this new rule; he was caught speeding his father’s bike on the road. He was taken to the police station; his parents were called and the bike confiscated. They really had to face music. Dear cousin you are very sensible. I am sure you won’t let your family in the soup. These laws are for the safety of all. Please obey them. When you become of age, you can enjoy bike rides. But till then you will have to abstain from such adventures. Give regards to uncle and aunt.
Yours affectionately,
Nasim
