Dear Karan,

Hope u are doing well by god's grace. Hopefully aunty and uncle are fine as well. i wanted to write to you about an overwhelming news that I just got.

I have been selected by the school and will be awarded on the annual function of my school. I'm so happy to tell this to everyone out there. this is one of the best feelings of joy I have ever had. I have prepared my clothes for the special day and I've also got a new bag for the event.

my mom and dad are proud of me and dad has promised me lunch at a good restaurant after the event, as a prize for my achievement. along with that, mom has assured me of a ice cream and candies after the lunch.

I will miss you during the event. send my regards to uncle and aunty.
