Explanation: Hydrolysis is directly proportional to covalent character which in turn is proportional to polarisation

and we know that polarisation is more for large anion than small anion when cation is fixed Here B is fixed and Cl is larger than F

Also BF3 is stabilised by back bonding so very less tendency to hydrolise
