Charles Robert Darwin gave the theory of evolution in his famous book THE ORIGIN OF SPECIES the theory of evolution proposed by Darwin is known as the theory of natural selection.

this theory explains that the survival of individual among the given species is determined by habitable phenotypic difference is that are acquired due to evolution. It states that, the individual with the best of better suited phenotypic characters will survive in the environment.
