Boiling is bulk phenomena whereas
evaporation is a surface phenomena,
Why and How ?

boiling is a bulk phenomena bcz the boiling starts from down to up even convention occurs

but

evaporation is a surface phenomena bcz the liquid evaporates only from surface . the heat is consumed by only surface molecules.
