1.Manures are ecofriendly but fertilisers are not.
2.Manures are not very rich in plant nutrients bu fertilisers have more plant nutrients.
3.Manures make the soil porous and increase the water holding capacity of soil but this is not so in case of fertilisers.
4.Manures provide humus to the soil but fertilisers don't.
5.Manures increase the number of friendly microbes but fertilisers kill them.

we can get the food without poison .
& disadvantages of manures is the food will take long time to grow.
advantages of fertilizers is we can get the crops fast.
& disadvantages of fertilizers is we get the food with poison which is not good for our health.
