बड़ी इंडस्ट्री सरकार द्वारा ही क्यू लगाई जाती है कोई ओर क्यू नहीं लगा सकता जैसे टाटा,बिरला और अंबानी।सिर्फ सरकार ही क्यों लगा सकती है।इसका जवाब बताइए?​

I think to distribute items to public by government because govt. is the main source of public. And in other hand Tata birla ,Ambani can establish industry and they also have I think it's for only those who are rich.they can establish industries but they have to take permission from govt. for it.
