burning cotton Smells Like burning paper whereas burning wool Smells Like burning hair. why?

Hey freind here is ur answer.
Cotton is plant based fibre, so it will resemble in some properties with paper which is also a plant based product. ... since cotton and paper are obtained from plants i.e. their raw material is the same thats why they smell alike when burning.wool is sheep's hair thats why ,when burnt,smells like burning hair.
