As we know,
M.V×p%=N.V×d%
=>40×4/100=25×d/100
=>d=40×4/100×100/25
=6.4
Now,Dividend=No. of shares×d% ×N.V
. =60×6.4×25
=9600
M.V×p%=N.V×d%
=>40×4/100=25×d/100
=>d=40×4/100×100/25
=6.4
Now,Dividend=No. of shares×d% ×N.V
. =60×6.4×25
=9600
