By purchasing Rs25 shares for Rs40 each man gets 4 percent profit on his investment.What rate per cent is the company paying?.What is dividend if he buys 60 shares?

As we know,
M.V×p%=N.V×d%
=>40×4/100=25×d/100
=>d=40×4/100×100/25
=6.4

Now,Dividend=No. of shares×d% ×N.V
. =60×6.4×25
=9600
