By what least number should the given number be divided to get a perfect square number? In each case, find the number whose square is the new number 1575​

Answer:

Given number is =1575

By prime factorising 1575 we get factors =

3×3×5×5×7

Therefore,1575=3×3×5×5×7

Now, all prime factors of 1575 does not appear in the group of 2 .i.e 7 does not have a pair of 2.

So,1575÷7=225=3×3×5×5

Hence ,7 is the least number by which 1575 should be divided so as to get a perfect square.

And,the square root of 225 is 15.
