Hi there!
Here's the answer:

•°•°•°•°•°<><><<><>><><>°•°•°•°

Let the required No. be x

(\frac{-12}{3})^{15} × x = (\frac{4}{5})^{4}

•°• (-1)^{3} = -1

=>  - (\frac{4 ×3}{3×5})^{3} × x = (\frac{4}{5})^{4}

=>  - (\frac{4}{5})^{3} × x = (\frac{4}{5})^{4}

=> x = - (\frac{4}{5})^{4} × (\frac{5}{4})^{3}

=>  x = -(\frac{4^{4}}{4^{3}}) × (\frac{5^{3}}{5^{4}})

=>  x = - \frac{4}{5}

•°• \underline{The\: Required\: No.\: = - \frac{4}{5} }

•°•°•°•°•°<><><<><>><><>°•°•°•°

Hope it helps
