Answer: Bhargav bought 132 oranges.

Step-by-step explanation:C.P =S.P*100/100-loss%

=3420*100/100-5 = 3600

Therfore CP = 3600

CP of 1 orange = 3600/144 = 25 Rs

Bhargav bought them at half price each.

Therefore , 25/2 = 12.5(assume no. of oranges as x)

He sold at 1650

Therefore , 12.5 * x = 1650

x = 1650/12.5 = 132

Therfore Bhargav bought 132 oranges

CP will be 1500 by above formula and SP is 1650 and therfore gain is 10%
