CD=17cm

CB=8cm

BD=?

pythagoras theorem

17²=8²+BD²

289=64+BD²

289-64=BD²

225=BD²

15=BD

Now in Triangle BDA

AD=9cm

BD=15cm

AB=?

again pythagoras theorem

15²=9²+AB²

225=81+AB²

225-81=AB²

144=AB²

12=AB

Now are of ABCD=ar.traingleBCD+ar.traingleBDA

=1/2×8×15+1/2×12×9

=60+54

=114cm²
