=72/2=36
using heron's formula=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
=√36(36-18)(36-24)(36-30)
=√36×18×12×6
=√2×2×3×3×3×3×2×2×2×3×2×3
=2×2×2×3×3×3
=216cm2
