Here's your answer.

P =   \: \frac{F}{A}
Where P is Pressure (in Pascal)
F is Force (in N or Kgm/s²)
and A is area (in m²)

For, P = 5Pa and F = 100N

A =  \frac{F}{P}
A =  \frac{100}{5}  = 20  \: {m}^{2}
