Calculate the average current in a wire if a charge of 3500 C passes in 9 seconds

\huge\underline{\underline{\bf \orange{Solution-}}}

\large\underline{\underline{\sf Given:}}

  • Charge (Q) = 3500 C
  • Time (t ) = 9 sec

\large\underline{\underline{\sf To\:Find:}}

  • Average Current (i)

We know ,

\large{\boxed{\bf \blue{i=\dfrac{Q}{t}} }}

\implies{\sf i = \dfrac{3500}{9} }

\implies{\bf \red{ i = 388.8 A} }

 \huge \fcolorbox{red}{pink}{Solution :)}

Given ,

Change (q) = 3500 C

Time (t) = 9 sec

We know that , the rate of unit charge is called current , so

 \mathtt{ \large \fbox{Current =  \frac{q \: }{ \: t \: } }}

Substitute the known values , we get

Current = 3500/9

Current = 388.8 ampera

Hence , the current is 388.8 ampera
