We have V=IR(by ohm's law).

Let R1and R2 be 10 ohm and 15ohm respectively.

Also I1 and I2 be the current flowing through the 10 ohm and 15 ohm respectively.

V=I1R1

implies I1=V/R1-(1)

To calculate the p.d take ohm's law using the 1A current and 5ohm resistor.

V=IR,V=1*5=5V

now take (1)

I1=5/10=0.5A

now for R2

V=I2R2

I2=V/R2=5/15

=0.3A.
