no. of moles = given weight / molecular formula
0.5 = given weigh / 14
given weight = 7 g

molar mass of N2 is 28(since atomic weight of nitrogen is 14 and for N2 =14²)
so the mass of 1mole ofN2 is 28kg.
therefore 0.5 mole is 28/2=14g
