MOLUECULAR MASS IS THE SUM OF ATOMIC MASS IN A MOLECULE..

C=12
H=1
O=16

12*6+12*1+16*6
=72+12+96
=180

Glucose has six carbons, twelve hydrogens, and six oxygen atoms. Using the periodic table, the atomic weight of C, H, and O are obtained. So the molar massof C6H12O6 is 72.06 g + 12.096 g + 96.00 g = 180.156 g or 180.16 g
