Co2 = 12+16×2 = 12+32 = 44g
C = 12g
44g of Co2 contains 12g of Carbon
that is
1mole of Co2 contains 1 mole of Carbon atoms
Then,
5 moles of Co2 contains 5 moles of Carbon
That is,
1mole = 6.022×10²³
then,
5mole of C = 5×6.022×10²³ = 3.011×10²⁴ carbon atoms
Cheers!
