we know that,   charge(q) =  no. of electrons (n) * charge on one electron(e)

  1 coulomb = n ( 1.66 *  10-19)

  n = 1/1.66 * 10-19 = 6.25 * 1018

The charge of an electron is 1.6×10^-19.

Now,

1.6×10^-19 charge is possessed by 1 number of electron.

1 coulomb charge is possessed by 1/1.6×10^-19 no. Of electrons

=10^19/1.6 no.of electrons

=100×10^18/16 no.of electrons

=6.25×10^18 no.of electrons

=6×10^18 no. Of electrons(approx)
