Number of particles = No: of moles × Avogadro no :

Given mass of Na (Sodium) = 46 g

Molar mass of Na = 23 g

No: of moles = Given mass ÷ Molar mass

= 46 ÷ 23

= 2 moles

∴ Number of particles = 2 moles × 6.022 × 10²³

= 12.044 × 10²³

takshtyagi: given mass is 69 g
takshtyagi: it is wrong

atomic mass of Na=23u

Number of particles=Number of Moles x Na

⇒(given weight/ Gram atomic weight) x 6.023 x 10²³

=(69/23)x 6.023 x 10²³

=3x 6.023 x 10²³

⇒18.069 x 10 ²³Na particles

∴69 g of Na contains 18.069 x 10 ²³

takshtyagi: it is wrong avogadro no. is 6.022 x 10^23
tripathiarindam991: No,both are acceptable .
