x factor= no of anions × charge on anion = no of cations × charge on cations

x factor of naoh = 1×1 =1

equivalent mass of naoh= 40/1 =40

normality = w/(E×V)

N= 0.4/40 × 0.1

N= 0.4/40 = 0.1 g-eq/l (answer)
