Here is ur answer :

Volume occupied by 1 mole at STP = 22.4 L

Molecular mass of Nitrogen Dioxide

NO
²

Atomic mass of

Nitrogen = 14

Oxygen = 16

= 14 + ( 16 × 2)

= 14 + 32

= 46 u

No. Of moles

 =  \frac{given \:  \: mass}{molecular \:  \: mass}

Given mass = 0.46

 =  \frac{0.46}{46}

 = 0.01

Volume occupied by 0.01 mole =

22.4 × 0.01

= 0.224 l

ANS Volume occupied by 0.46g of nitrogen
dioxide at STP is 0.224 l
