No a probability cannot be greater then 1.Here probability is 6/5 which is 1.2 and hence greater than 1.

Reason. Total no. of outcome is always greater than the No. of favourable event.

6/5 cannot be a probability

Probability=Number of favourable outcomes/Number of possibilities

A probability of a sure event is 1.

Here

Probability=1 because number of favourable outcomes equals number of possibilities.

But never can the number of favourable outcomes be more than the number of possibilities.

So probability can never be more than 1.

The highest can be 1 itself.

Hope it helps.
