No a body has kinetic energy without having momentum yes a body have momentum without having a kinetic energy if either mass or zero velocity

No! A body has kinetic energy without having momentum.

Yes! A body has momentum without having kinetic energy. If either of a the mass or velocity is Zero ,than kinetic energy ( K = 1/2 mv^2 ) will be zero. Therefore it is not possible a body has kinetic energy without having momentum....i hope it helps you
