No buckyball gun cannot be fired by observing it because it is not made by such a way that it has same reactive power as compared to normal guns

If a buckyball was placed inside a gun made from maybe a carbon nanotube or something, would measuring the momentum of the buckyball cause the the gun
So it will not be fired
