I = 1A
t =1s
q = I × t = 1C
no of e = q/total no of e
=1/1.6 × 10^-19
=6.25×10^-18 electrons

Current flowing = 1A

time = 1 second

total charge flown in 1 sec = 1A × 1s = 1 C

Charge on single electron = 1.6 × 10^(-19) C

Total number of electrons in 1C = 1 / 1.6 × 10^(-19) = 6.25×10^(18) electrons.

Number of electrons crossing the cross section per second is 6.25 × 10^(18)
