Yes, liquids do diffuse in other liquids.However , unlike the fast diffusion of gases , diffusion in liquids occur slowly . This due to more inter molecular force of attraction between liquid molecules than in between gaseous molecules.

Example of diffusion of liquid in other liquid :
1) Dropping of ink in water jar.
2) Placing of food coloring agents would diffuse color in water or any other  liquid.
