Yes plane mirror can be called a spherical mirror because it obeys the laws of reflection just like a spherical mirror . The only difference is that the reflecting surface of spherical mirror is curved while that of plane mirror is straight. It can be called a spherical mirror of radius of curvature equal to infinity.......
