Yes. Infact, a substance can exist in three different states at same temperature. That is ice at zero degree celcius. At that temperature, we have ice, we have small amount of water that is melted down from ice and there is always water vapors present in the air. So we got all the three states at the same temperature.

biswa8710: The water vapour in the air is not at 0 degrees. So it's 2 states and not 3.
astitvastitva: Water vapors exists at almost all temperatures.
