Yes , Animal cell can have the plasmolysis phenomenon.

☆Reason/Explanation☆ :-

● When Leech is applied on our body parts it sucks our blood.
When the salt is added over there then it create hypertonic environment outside, as a result of which Leech (Animal cell) get plasmolysed.

●This is an example of the PLASMOLYSIS of the Animal cell (Leech).
