Plasma and Bose-Einstein Condensate are the fourth and fifth forms of state of matter respectively. Plasma deals with the nature of ionises gases at high temperatures. Sathyendra Nath Bose and Albert Einstein collaborated on what is now called as the Bose-Einstein Condensate. It deals with the behaviour of atoms at low temperatures.

Plasma:- It is a fourth state of matter. It consists of a very excited particles. You can see this particles in your bulb. When the bulb is light bulb then plasma particles work there.

Bose-einstein Condensate:- These it is the fifth state of matter founded by einstein and Bose. Bose is the Indian scientist

whereas Einstein is a foreignic scientist.

After it has been searched then many foreignic scientist won a Novel prize for BEC. You can see these particles when most cooled particles heated up.

Hope it helps!
