can any1 tell me why pluto is not considered as a planet?

it was considered as planet but now it is disqualified because of two reasons
1 : Pluto takes more than 200 years to complete one revolution but all planets take less than 200 years .
2 : it has highly tilted orbit which is tilted and comes into the path of Neptune.where as all other planets have normal round orbits
