Can anybody tell me how can I concentrate on my study.....because I am very distressed


riva1914: & my problem is that I haven't forgotten those memories of my life which I consider to be my bad time... and those memories give me deep thaughts and anxiety and I'm disturbed and meditating in studies could not do it

Anonymous: dear no one can forget anything. manage ur one time for study n the other for remembring bad memories. Remember bad things alone. Judge that were u wrong then or not. If not then wait for ur good time. I know it's not easy but u have to do so.
Anonymous: Write down ur bad memories and then read it again n again.
Anonymous: see someone who has faced the too much problems in life n then compare ur life's with his problems.

listen to a soft ...peaceful music....or song it will help u....bcoz music is the best healer...
