Hi dear.....

Here is ur ans.....

Complex permanent tissue is a typ of permanent tissue....the tissue which have sm orign and functioning....they cm together to make a bundle....
.
These are commonly present in plants such as vascular bundles Xylem and Phloem..

Let's take a look on Xylem and Phloem tissues...

XYLEM : Xylem is a water conducting tissue...it transport water from roots to leaves for the process PHOTOSYNTHESIS and by the process of osmosis water is transported in Xylem vessels...

PHLOEM : Phloem is a good conducting tissue present in plants...it not only transports the fois as well as the hormones , heat etc. It transport food from leaves to various parts of the plant.

Both Xylem and Phloem collectively known as vascular bundles..

Hope it hlps dear....
