So, book reviews come in many different formats.

On sites like Goodreads[1], the readers leave a quick summary of what the book is about and What they got from it. These kind of reviews range from a few dozen words to several hundred words and don't necessarily have an organised structure.

However, people who do this for a living prefer to go a little more indepth (e.g bloggers, journalists and professional book reviewers etc).

Normally a book review has some (or all of these parts)
