1) Consumer Protection Council,Consumer Forums and Consumer Clubs are formed at different places where people can seek help

2)The enactment of COPRA as per the Consumer Protection Act,1986 has been to safeguard the interest to the consumers and protecting them against exploitations.

3)The Consumers are given certain rights like Right to safety,Right to bear informaed ,Right to seek rehearsal,etc... These rights empower the consumer..
