can anyone tell me how to multiply decimals?

Pratu7: Example: 1.2 x 0.4 = 0. 48
Pratu7: Its like 12x4= 48

remove the points

multiply as usually

in the product keep the point after the no of decimals in the qn

ex;

2.1*1.1

21*11=231

there r 2 decimal points n the qn

1 in the first no

and other n the 2nd no

so 2.1*1.1 =2.31
