Can anyone tell me some tips for taking a demo class on teacher's day... I am studying in class 7.

- Make it simple. You will most likely have around 30 minutes for your demonstration (maybe up to 45, possibly as few as 20).
- Teach what you know.
- Be creative, but not too creative.
- Practice with undergrads, not colleagues.
- Bring syllabies and hand them out.
OR
- Write a demo lesson plan.
- a) Write yourself a demo lesson plan, even if the interviewer is not requiring it. No one else needs to see it, but it will give you a chance to organize everything you want to achieve in the allotted time and work out any kinks before you actually have to teach it.
